Pay: £105 - £120 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday | Shift options: 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm / 10am-6pm

SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a vibrant and inclusive Inner London primary school in the London Borough of Islington that is seeking part-time or full-time Early Years Teaching Assistants to join their Under 3's Provision. Work is available both during term-time and school holidays, offering excellent flexibility for the right candidates.

About the Role - Early Years Teaching Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing and stimulating environment, supporting children aged 0 to 3 as an EYFS Teaching Assistant. You will be working in a well-resourced nursery setting, playing a key role in supporting young learners' emotional, physical, and educational development.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Providing warm, responsive care to children in the Under 3's Provision
Supporting children's development through play, observation, and tailored activities
Assisting with feeding, changing, toileting, and nap time routines
Working in partnership with teachers and EYFS leads to plan engaging and age-appropriate experiences
Creating a calm, safe and stimulating environment for all children
Promoting social, emotional and communication development

What We're Looking For in an Early Years Teaching Assistant:

CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (Essential)
Experience working with EYFS/nursery-aged children (0-3 years)
A nurturing and caring personality with a proactive attitude
Knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development
An excellent communicator with a passion for early childhood education
Able to commit to consistent days each week (part-time or full-time)
