Nursery Teacher - Islington

Pay: £206.75 - £237.64 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Until July 2026 (Full academic year)

SANZA Teaching Agency are proud to be working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Islington, supporting them in the recruitment of a Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, creative, and passionate teacher who is dedicated to providing an engaging and nurturing start to children's education.

The Role:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to promote every child's progress and well-being.
Use a range of creative and play-based teaching strategies to support early literacy, numeracy, and personal development.
Monitor and track children's progress, maintaining accurate observations and assessments.

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - (ECTs will not be considered at this time).
Has proven experience teaching within Early Years (Nursery or Reception).
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and effective early years pedagogy.
Is passionate about early childhood education, with the ability to inspire curiosity and creativity in young learners.
Brings excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
