SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a well-regarded, creative primary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon to recruit a reliable and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start in September.

This is a full-time role supporting a child with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis. The position will run initially until Christmas 2025, with a strong likelihood of continuing through to July 2026, subject to funding and performance.

The Role:

Supporting a pupil with SEN needs, both inside and outside the classroom.
Working under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support strategies.
Assisting with personal development and maintaining a structured, consistent environment throughout the school day.

Requirements:

Experience supporting children with additional needs in an educational setting.
Confident working with children on a 1:1 basis and adapting to their individual learning needs.
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the hours of 8.30am - 3.45pm, Monday to Friday.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
Able to provide two professional references.
