Position: Senior School Administrator

Location: Southwark

Working Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm - 36 hours, Monday to Friday

Working Pattern: Term Time + 1 week in the Summer Holidays

Contract: Long Term

Pay: Scale 7 scp 14 - 21

Are you a highly organised and efficient individual with a passion for supporting the smooth operation of a primary school? SANZA Teaching Agency is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior School Administrator to join one of our client schools!

Roles and responsibilities as the Senior School Administrator:

Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the school.
Handling student records, attendance, and data management with precision and confidentiality.
Collaborating with teaching staff, parents, and external stakeholders to foster a positive and supportive school environment.
Assisting with event planning and coordination of school activities.
Providing excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in school administration.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and office software.
A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
