Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a part-time role in a friendly and supportive primary school environment?
SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a fantastic school in Haringey seeking a confident and capable School Administrator to support their office team during an exciting period of transition.

🌿 About the Role:

Part-time position: 2-3 days per week
Start date: September 2025 or earlier for the right candidate
Hours: 08:30am-4:30pm
Salary: £15-£19 per hour PAYE
System: The school is transitioning to Arbor as their primary data system

🔍 The Successful School Administrator Will:

Have previous experience working as an administrator or receptionist in a school setting
Be highly proficient with Arbor, and confident in training others to use the system effectively
Be organised, detail-oriented and proactive
Be confident dealing with sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner
Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, teaching staff, and wider school community
Handle attendance records, parent communication, pupil data, and general office duties
Possess strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, school MIS systems, and email communication
Be warm, welcoming, and able to multitask in a busy front office environment
