🕗 Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 08:30am-4:30pm
💷 Hourly Rate: £15-£19 per hour (PAYE), with a pay rise after 12 weeks

SANZA Teaching Agency is currently supporting a vibrant and friendly primary school in Haringey in their search for an experienced School Administrator to join their team in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, professional and highly organised administrator who has previously worked in a school setting and is familiar with Integris.

Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, and external agencies
Answering phones and handling general enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
Managing attendance records, data entry and maintaining pupil records on Integris
Supporting the senior leadership team and teachers with administrative duties
Managing school communications, letters, newsletters, and emails
Coordinating diary schedules, meetings and school events
Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding protocols at all times
Ensuring the smooth daily running of the school office

To Be Considered for This Role, You Must Have:

Previous experience working as a School Administrator or receptionist within a school environment
Proficient use of Integris (essential requirement)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A professional, friendly and proactive approach to work
Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant IT systems
Understanding of safeguarding and data protection responsibilities in a school context
