The Role:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and inclusive lessons for a Year 3 class.
Foster a nurturing and positive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and enrichment opportunities.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support children's progress and well-being.
Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in lower KS2.
Is an excellent classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management and a creative approach to teaching.
Demonstrates a genuine passion for children's learning and development.
Is reflective, proactive, and eager to contribute to a positive team culture.
