About the Role:

As an Autism Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting primary students in year 4, 5 & 6 with ASD. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting students to engage in lessons.
Conducting sensory activities like 'bucket time'
Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour interventions
Encouraging social interactions among students
Collaborating with the sensory, speech, and language support team to plan and implement interventions.
In the morning you will be working 1:1 with a student in year with ADHD and Dyslexia. In the afternoons you will be required to lead Lego therapy sessions to students in years 5&6.
This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm during term times.
