The school provides tailored education and therapeutic support for primary and secondary aged students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. They are seeking a teaching assistant with a strong background in positive behaviour support to join their team.

About you:

• Must have a calm and nurturing approach
• You will have ideally had experienced in a similar setting (SEMH/PRU)
• Be able to build trusting relationships with young people
• Have an empathetic approach with the ability to assert firm boundaries and routine
• Have a genuine passion for improving the outcomes of vulnerable young people
• Be committed to safeguarding and best-practice in everything you do
