SANZA Teaching Agency are recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Practitioner for an Ofsted rated "Outstanding" community nursery school in Newham.

The role is full-tiem and begins in February 2026 (date negotiable).

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support the learning and development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Facilitate engaging learning tasks in line with the play-based EYFS model
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

About you:

• Must hold a relevant Early Years qualification (minimum level 3)
• Must have previous experience an Early Years Practitioner
• A warm, patient, and caring approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be driven by a strong passion for promoting development in the early years
