The ideal primary teacher (ECT):

Will have QTS or will have QTS by September 2025
Will be non-judgemental and be able to encourage this mind-set in students

Will be able to recognise and harness the strengths, interests, creativity and talents of each individual child
Will be committed to developing well-rounded students with a focus on building character
Will be excited to begin their ECT and start their career as a primary teacher!
