The Role:
As a Float Teaching Assistant, you'll work flexibly across EYFS and Key Stage 1, supporting children with a wide range of learning styles and needs. No two days are the same - you might be reading stories in Reception one morning and supporting phonics groups in Year 1 the next!

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting class teachers across Nursery, Reception, Year 1, and Year 2.
Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions, including phonics and early literacy.
Supporting creative, hands-on learning activities and play-based tasks.
Assisting with routines, behaviour management, and pupil well-being.
Bringing energy, flexibility, and positivity to every day.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a primary or early years setting.
Confidence working flexibly across multiple year groups.
A calm, caring, and fun-loving personality.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Someone who thrives in a creative, child-led environment.
