Salary: £95 per day to start | rising to £117 per day after 12 weeks

About the Role

Supporting teaching and learning in a vibrant Key Stage 1 class.
Working with pupils both 1:1 and in small groups to boost progress and confidence.
Helping to deliver creative, hands-on and play-based learning experiences.
Assisting with classroom preparation, displays, and engaging enrichment activities.
Full-time, long-term role with a clear route into teacher training or HLTA progression.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

Has a passion for working with children and a long-term interest in becoming a teacher.

Is proactive, reliable and confident working with young learners.
May have previous experience working in a school, nursery, or youth setting (though not essential).
Is keen to learn, take direction, and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment.
