This is a key role at the heart of the school, perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys being busy, and wants to be part of a positive and supportive team.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, you will be the welcoming face of the school and a central part of daily operations. No two days are the same - you'll be handling everything from visitor enquiries to office admin with professionalism and care.

Greet all visitors, staff, and children with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk enquiries with efficiency and discretion.
Support office functions such as attendance, admissions paperwork, and record keeping.
Use school systems (SIMS/Arbor) to maintain accurate pupil data and reports.
Coordinate diaries, meetings, and school communications.
Provide admin support for leadership, teachers, and the safeguarding team.

Previous experience in a school office or busy reception environment desirable.
Confident using IT systems (SIMS/Arbor training can be provided).
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Warm, approachable and professional, with strong communication skills.
Able to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
