SANZA Teaching Agency, a Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work For, is supporting a vibrant and inclusive 4-form entry primary school in Brent, in search of a Trainee SEND Teacher to work with a small group of six children with EHCPs. This is a fantastic role for a graduate or experienced TA who wants to build a career in SEND teaching.

This is a school-led teacher training route, with mentoring, ongoing CPD, and the potential to move onto salaried teacher training for 2026.


About the Role:

  • Provide targeted teaching and interventions to a group of six SEND pupils (Years 1-4).

  • Work closely with class teachers, therapists, and the school's SENCO.

  • Plan and deliver engaging sessions based on personalised targets.

  • Develop key communication, social, and academic skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience as a TA, tutor, or LSA within a mainstream or special school.

  • A calm, empathetic, and professional approach.

  • Graduate-level education and confidence working independently.
