SANZA is working with a Catholic school in Brent renowned for Year 6 excellence and SATs success. They are seeking a highly organised and confident practitioner to lead an aspirational Year 6 class into their final year with focus, strategy, and heart.

💼 The School:

Outstanding Year 6 outcomes (above 90% ARE)
Daily booster provision led by senior leaders
SLT with teaching backgrounds and deep curriculum knowledge
Modern resources including Chromebooks, diagnostic assessment tools

🧑‍🏫 Your Role:

Lead core subject preparation with a structured scheme of work
Mentor an ECT and coordinate one subject if applicable (TLR offered)
Work closely with assessment lead to track, support, and challenge

Solid KS2 SATs experience or strong readiness to step up
Deep understanding of assessment-led intervention
