SEN Teaching Assistant

SEND Teaching Assistant - Primary School in Ealing
Full Time - September 2025 to July 2026
£95 per day - Term Time Only (8.30am - 3.45pm)

A primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their specialist unit from September 2025. This full-time role runs until July 2026 and offers a rewarding opportunity to support children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASD) and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).

This well-regarded school is known for its strong pastoral care, vibrant learning environment, and commitment to every child's development. The SEND unit is a valued part of the school, with a supportive and skilled team who work closely together to provide tailored support to pupils.

In this role, you will work with pupils across the primary age range, offering one-to-one and small group support. While experience working with special needs is ideal, those with the enthusiasm and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

The role:

  • September 2025 start - fixed term until July 2026

  • £95 per day

  • Based in a specialist SEND unit within a mainstream primary school

  • Supporting children with Autism, ADD, and a range of learning needs

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with SEND or the motivation to develop the necessary skills

  • Is confident supporting children both 1:1 and in small groups

  • Can engage and communicate effectively with pupils and colleagues

  • Brings consistency, energy, and a proactive approach to each day
