Primary Graduate Support Assistant
Location: West London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
Salary: £95 per day
Hours: 8.15am - 3.45pm, Monday to Friday

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain experience in a school before committing to teacher training or further education? A number of welcoming primary schools in West London are working with SANZA Teaching Agency to find motivated and enthusiastic graduates to support in the classroom from September 2025.

These roles are ideal for those exploring a long-term career in education or considering a PGCE or teacher training course in the future. You will play a key part in helping young learners thrive by assisting with day-to-day class activities and providing targeted support to pupils where needed.

Key Role Information:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (term time only)

  • £95 per day

  • Based in a range of supportive West London primary schools

  • Opportunities to work in whole-class settings or 1:1 with pupils who require additional support

  • Roles suited to those interested in SEND, early years, or KS1/KS2 pathways. These roles would offer invaluable experience if you are considering teacher training in the future
