Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in West London? SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in Harrow with specialist SEND provision. This role offers the chance to work closely with pupils with Autism, Speech & Language needs, and other additional learning needs, helping them access learning and thrive in school.

The Role

As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for primary-aged pupils with SEND

• Assist pupils to access learning, follow routines, and build confidence

• Collaborate closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and support staff to deliver targeted interventions

• Build trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress

• Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

About You

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has experience supporting primary-aged pupils with SEND

• Is calm, patient, and consistent in approach

• Possesses strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

• Has a background in education, SEND support, or related experience (desirable)

Role Details

• Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, term-time only

• Salary: £95-£105 per day (depending on experience)

• Start: Immediate start for the rest if the academic year initially
