SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working in partnership with a faith-led nursery school in New Cross, South East London, to recruit a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the relaunch of a much-loved Christian setting with over 20 years of history in the local community. The nursery is reopening following a period of closure and is seeking an inspiring Nursery Manager to prepare the setting for Ofsted registration and to build a nurturing, God-centred environment for early years learners.

About the Nursery Manager role:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery (initially ages 3-5)
• Prepare the setting for Ofsted registration and inspection
• Lead and develop a team of early years practitioners
• Deliver a high-quality EYFS curriculum within a Christian framework
• Foster strong partnerships with parents and the local community

Nursery Manager requirements:

• A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years and/or Childcare (Ofsted-recognised)
• Solid understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and welfare requirements
• Previous leadership experience in an early years setting
• A Christian faith and a commitment to sharing Godly values with children
• Confidence, initiative, and a passion for educational excellence
