What You'll Need:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Nursery or EYFS setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
• Ability to support children aged 3-4 years with their learning and personal development
• Excellent behaviour management and nurturing approach with young children
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the EYFS team
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Commitment to safeguarding and creating a safe, stimulating learning environment
