About the Role:

Full-time Year 1 class teacher for a class of 27 pupils

One child with an EHCP, supported by a full-time LSA

High-quality resources and a well-structured KS1 curriculum

Collaborative planning with a supportive year group partner

Genuine temp-to-perm potential for the right candidate

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be a qualified teacher with at least two full years of teaching experience completed

Have a solid grasp of the Year 1 curriculum and phonics teaching

Be reflective, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about early learning

Enjoy working closely with families and local partners in a community setting
