SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a high-performing, Outstanding primary school in Hackney for an experienced Nursery Teacher. This long-term role offers the perfect opportunity to join a warm, well-structured Early Years team and play a key part in children's early educational journey.
The Role
You will lead a Nursery class within a modern, well-equipped EYFS setting designed to spark curiosity and promote independence. The school provides exceptional resources and a collaborative culture, giving you the freedom to deliver a creative and engaging Early Years curriculum.
What You'll Be Doing
Taking full responsibility for a Nursery class
Planning and delivering an inspiring EYFS curriculum
Working closely with the Early Years team to share ideas and best practice
Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Conducting assessments and monitoring progress in line with EYFS guidance
What We're Looking For
A qualified teacher (QTS) with solid Early Years experience - role not suitable for ECTs
A secure understanding of the EYFS framework, including assessment and tracking
Someone who fosters a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere where every child thrives
A committed practitioner with enthusiasm, resilience, and a passion for Early Years
