We are seeking a dedicated and qualified CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Hackney. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity to support students and make a positive impact on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons for students.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils, ensuring their academic and personal development.
• Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with Special Educational Needs where applicable.
• Help with the preparation of resources, marking work, and general administrative tasks.
• Promote students' well-being and encourage independent learning.

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent: BA early years
• Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally supporting children with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for supporting students and making a difference in their education.
