👟 Your Role in the 2-Year-Old Room

Two is a magical age marked by rapid language bursts, new social dynamics, and a strong desire for independence. Your day-to-day will focus on safely guiding toddlers through these foundational milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivating Independence: Supporting toddlers as they learn to navigate their world, self-regulate, and develop vital life skills.

* Igniting Curiosity: Designing and implementing engaging, play-based activities that stimulate communication, language, and physical coordination.

Building Connections: Serving as a trusted key person, tracking developmental progress, and building strong, trusting partnerships with parents and carers.

Requirements:

* A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred).

* Proven experience supporting the unique developmental needs of 2-year-olds.

* An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
