Sanza is working with an Outstanding Primary school in Islington who is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and hardworking member of staff to support teaching and learning. Initially this post is for upper KS2 and requires someone with knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.

The school is an inclusive primary school and seeking to appoint a skilled individual to support pupils within mainstream classrooms with all aspects of their education.

The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to ensure the children they support reach their full potential and have a safe, welcoming and positive learning experience.

The successful candidate will:

• be caring, enthusiastic and patient
• have good communication, literacy and maths skills
• have the ability to work as part of a team
• be able to assist the teaching in raising achievement of all children
• be able to support children with learning by delivering interventions and group work
• be able to cover and lead class teaching as and when appropriate
