An 'outstanding' Primary School in the London Borough of Islington is looking to recruit an Early Years Teaching Assistant/ Nursery Nurse for January/ February 2022. This is a full time role with a permanent contract on offer after a successful fixed term supply period.

Please note that this is a general TA/ Nursery Nurse role only.

EYFS TA /Nursery Nurse - Your Role:

• Working across Nursery & Reception
• Carrying out Phonics, Spelling, Reading & Writing Sessions
• Assisting with general classroom duties
• Supporting mild SEN when needed
• Providing 1:1 and group booster sessions

EYFS TA /Nursery Nurse - Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a Level 2 or 3 CACHE Qualification in Childcare
• Hold a Level 6 or degree within childcare or education
• Hold recent paediatric first aid certificate
• Have an understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Have school based experienced ideally or have experience within private nurseries
• Have an enthusiasm about working in EYFS and with children
• Work well as a team
• Good communication
